We have just received the great news that our funding bid has been successful (Town Regeneration and Investment Programme – £51,750).
This additional money will be be utilised to progress the Civic and Community Hub project (based on the existing library site) to RIBA Stage 4 (ready for construction) and will also allow us to undertake some further consultation and engagement work – especially with young people and those with disabilities – ensuring that we get the interior designs just right for all users. We’ll soon be running a series of workshops and events – so watch this space!
We are extremely grateful and can’t wait to progress the project at speed.
